The purpose of this study is to find out how often health problems occur after an avian influenza vaccine.
The Canadian National Vaccine Safety (CANVAS) network’s Avian Influenza Vaccine Study conducts active safety surveillance for avian influenza vaccines.
The primary objective of the study is to monitor the safety of avian influenza vaccines by tracking and evaluating health events in vaccinated individuals.
Study participants will receive an email 8 days after receiving each of the two doses of their avian flu vaccine, inviting them to complete an online survey about their health post vaccination.
